Our House is located at the side of Kokkola, Central Ostrobothnia, in the old cultural landscape of Rödsö along the river Perhonjoki.

It’s only a five kilometer distance to downtown, and in the summer a bike ride is a good way to explore the old city area Neristan and other sights that Kokkola has to offer. Or you can just relax in the garden and visit the sauna in the evening and take a swim in the beautiful river.

In wintertime you can ski or walk on the river all the three kilometer way to the sea. Link to the Kokkola city homepage

The house is warmed with electricity but you can also make a fire in the fireplace. The kitchen is modern, with a fridge/freezer, electric stove, microwave, coffeemaker, electric kettle, electric toast and a dishwasher. The living room has a TV and a radio/CD player. Free Wifi is provided in the house.

The utility room has a washing machine and a clothing iron. The sauna is warmed with electricity. There are two toilets in the house.

There are good sleeping places for six persons, but also an extra bed. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room and a travel bed for small children and a bedding box with a good mattress for older children.

In the summer there is a rowboat (small motor)  that can be used and three good bikes of which one has a child seat. You can find photos of the house and surroundings in the photo page

The price for rent during offseason is 550€ / week and during summer (1.6.-31.8) 700€ / week
